First out the door is a project we're genuinely thrilled about. We've teamed up with Scanner Barkly to bring the cast of his Hand of Fate stories from his YouTube channel and onto the tabletop, purpose built for Trench Crusade. If you've followed his channel, you already know these characters have a lot of lore behind them. This is our chance to put that lore in your hands as miniatures, ready to print and put into the trenches.

We didn't want the Rough and Readies to have nothing original to fight, so we also partnered with Taylor Holloway (The Great Hunger) to build a warband pitted against them: the Coterie of Mayrbas, a demonic force led by the Duke himself.

• 20+ models between the two forces
• A digital dossier detailing the Rough and Readies and the demons that serve Mayrbas
• The entire first book of The Hand of Fate in digital format, illustrated from scratch for this release

The book and dossiers will be free for everyone, as a thank you from Scanner Barkly for taking the time to follow his work throughout the years.

Right on its heels

Right on its heels, we're bringing Fotis Mint Studios to MyMiniFactory properly, with a new tribe called Death Rattle. Think of it as a sister community to this Patreon rather than a replacement. Same studio, different focus, built around our newest adventure line of the same name. For me MMF is where everything started for my sculpting career back in 2015, and it's like returning home. I am very excited for what we build and can't wait to show you.

Death Rattle is a grimdark, 5e-compatible d20 sourcebook, and it's built on a simple idea: heroes are easy to find in most fantasy games. They walk through danger unmarked, sleep off wounds that would kill anyone else, and eventually stop losing. Death Rattle isn't that game. Every battle carries a cost, every spell asks something of the caster, and victory isn't measured by how cleanly it's won, but rather by what it took to survive. Character creation is rebuilt around five lineages and eight reworked classes, magic no longer runs on spell slots, and combat is fast and unforgiving enough that caution saves more lives than a good constitution score. It's still recognizably the game you know how to play, it just doesn't let you coast.

The tribe on MyMiniFactory is where that world gets put into your hands. The core Death Rattle d20 ruleset will be free to every subscriber, and starting in January, subscribers will receive:

• Roughly 15 miniatures a month
• A fully illustrated monthly lore drop in PDF format
• A companion bestiary tied directly to that month's releases

So the miniatures on your table always come with the story and stat blocks to back them up.

Furthest down the road

Furthest down the road, and the one we're most excited to say more about as it gets closer, is Witch+Bane: a standalone RPG that drops the shared d20 chassis entirely and builds something new. You play a Hunter, someone who has been burned by the horrors of the world and decided to bring a little fire of their own to a place that has stopped protecting anyone.

The setting is stripped of comfort: there are no gentle illusions here, violence has weight, and even small acts of decency stand out precisely because they're rare. It's a game about desperation, resolve, and fury. We'll have a lot more to share on character creation, the setting, and what a session actually looks like as we get closer to launch.
