You keep ownership of what you post — forum messages, gallery photos, competition and giveaway entries. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and promote that content on and in connection with the site. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, or spam; don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the site; don't misrepresent who you are. We moderate community areas and may edit or remove content and restrict accounts at our discretion to keep the place civil.
Any promotion we run is also governed by its own Official Rules shown on that promotion's page. Where those rules and these terms conflict, the Official Rules govern for that promotion.
Digital goods and membership entitlements are licensed to you for personal use, not sold. Entitlements you unlock remain available to you as described at the time of unlocking. Third-party stores (e.g. MyMiniFactory, Patreon) have their own terms for purchases made there.
The site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
